This packaging project began very open ended—the only limiting factors being that the final product must be approved to ship via USPS and must include the company's Core Collection fabrics and their nine wood samples in a single lightweight, sturdy, sustainable and economical container.
Rubber bands compensate for the unavoidable variations in size for the wood samples.
A branded paper wrap and semi-translucent fabric slip round out the container's contents.
A transparent sticker featuring original technical drawings of the kit's contents give purpose to the surfaces of the box itself.
The oversize mailing label was primarily utilitarian but featured an upside-down logo variation with the company's abstracted website address; this portion of the sticker folds over the back or front of the box, righting itself for the reader.
